Chocolate Banana Ice Cream
Adapted from the The Kitchn’s Magic One Ingredient Ice Cream
This deliciously creamy and chocolaty ice cream is just as good as the real thing with no added sugar. Makes about three ½ cup servings.
2 bananas
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons heavy cream or coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Peel and slice bananas into ½ inch thick slices, and arrange on a plate and place in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Blend bananas in the food processor until smooth and creamy. Add cocoa powder, cream, and vanilla and blend thoroughly. Store in the freezer.
